FOUNDER
Haleigh comes from a background of fashion, design, marketing, and creative production. She majored in Design at SCAD before becoming a successful producer of Photo & Video productions in Los Angeles. When Whit & Haleigh relocated to Charleston, SC, Haleigh turned her eye towards interior design, managing the design and remodeling of the properties in the of the Cru Companies portfolio.
Haleigh is focused on managing the Cru Properties active projects and assisting clients with achieving their design goals via Cru Studio.

FOUNDER
Whit has been a Senior Executive in the Real Estate Finance world for 10 years. He was one of the original founders and members of Civic Financial Services, which is a national private money lender that has originated approximately $9 Billion of business purpose loans. Whit was honored as one of National Mortgage Professional’s 40 under 40 in 2021 and received the Standard of Excellence award from the National Lending Experts (NLE) in 2022.
Whit is focused on new property acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
